Frog Marching Off a Skyscraper
There comes a point during a 1,457 ft. free fall where that sinking feeling deep in your stomach starts to subside and you start to feel as if you have always been moving at 129 miles per hour. It is amazing the range of emotions and sheer amount of thoughts that will race through your mind in the 11 seconds it will take you to make contact with the ground. Once the initial regret and panic starts to fade (around the 3 second mark) you will remember there was a reason you took that leap. As the ground rushes up to meet you, like a child running to meet their father at the door with arms wide open in a loving embrace, there will be only one thought in your mind. Where did the time go?
